Non-Professional Women Program
Non-Professional Women Program is for women who have access to technology but do not use it much. These are mostly women who do not pursue a career.
Activities planned under his program are:
- Tech-Kitty parties will be organized for women interested in kitty parties. Women in a particular colony will be invited for a get-together where a facilitator will organize a talk on why understanding technology is important for them. The facilitator will also show how some common technical equipment used at home works. The topics of discussion can vary according to interests. By the end of a party, the facilitator will ask women from the group to volunteer to organize the next party. This custom of organizing tech-kitty parties can be popularized using different medias. Quiz competitions can be organized amongst women of a particular locality
