Non-Techy Professional Women Program
This program is for women who use common technical equipments like computer, mobile phones, etc. for their work but don’t work in technical fields and don’t understand how these things work. The program aims at providing technical skills that will help them make their work easier and more fun, and develop competence amongst them.
Activities under this program are:
- Workshops for Women By Women are workshops on specific technical skills for professional women. Previous workshops under this series were on websites, on organizing resource centers and Linux. The workshops to follow are on: tips and tricks on open office, open content and open documents, best use of socializing sites, handling a camera and making short films.
- A mailing list will be created after each workshop for the women who attend these trainings to share knowledge and keep interacting even after the workshops are over.
